Covering the Basics

(if you don't find what you're looking for here, feel free to reach out)

WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?

As pet lovers ourselves, we know that some individuals would like to bring their furry friends along for an adventure. Pets may participate in the paddle boarding experience, however, prior notice of pet attendance is required. The floating dock is one of the safer experiences to include your pet.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Florida weather is tricky. Unfortunately, as a delivery service, Nightingale SUP Rentals does not take rain checks. If you book it, it will be delivered. If there is an imminent tropical storm or hurricane arriving, we reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of all parties.

DO YOU DELIVER THROUGHOUT CENTRAL FLORIDA?

Nightingale SUP Rentals are available for delivery, without additional fees, within a 30-mile radius of Clermont, FL. If you are outside of the 30-mile radius, additional mileage will be determined at the point of booking.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

A credit card is required for the rental of all paddle boards and accessories. We realize that normal wear and tear is part of the gig, however, if the item rented is deemed no longer usable, at the fault of the rentee, then the renter will be subject to a replacement fee.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Billing invoices will be provided to the renters via Square or PayPal. If an alternative payment method is needed, please advise at the time of booking. Renters are required to leave a credit card on file for any potential damages. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours of the appointment time, the appointment will be canceled.

ANYTHING ELSE?

Nightingale Paddleboards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Life is tough for everyone. Be kind. All participants will be required to sign liability forms and rental agreements at the time of delivery. There is no age limit, however, all minors are required to use a life vest. We are family owned and operated business.
